Huita公司和全球化的公司合作以后 会将可持续发展作为我们公司的一个经营理念

After the cooperation of Huita company and global branch companies, we will set sustainability as one of our manage conception.

1. Huita将制定正式的可持续性发展计划：

公司将会设置一名高层管理人员来负责绿色事宜，这将有助于保证公司内部的每个人都看到环保节能的重要性，并且鼓励产品达到使用年限后，对其回收再利用

1. Huita will make formal sustainable development plan.

The company will arrange one senior manager to take responsibility for green issue, which will ensure everyone to see the importance of environmental protection and energy saving, and encourage the recycle of products which have come to tenure of use.

2. Huita将对员工进行环保培训

一个公司如果想做出更多绿色环保方面的贡献，与公司内部的员工是离不开的，因此我们将会加强对员工环保意识的培养，要让员工了解到可持续发展的重要性，这也将有助

于员工在工作中自觉自愿地发挥环保卫士的作用

2. Huita will give the staff environmental protection training

If a company wants to make more contribution to green environmental protection, it must rely on its staff; therefore we will enhance the cultivation of our employees’ consciousness environmental protection, and let them realize the importance of sustainability, and this in turn will help our staff to work as environmental protectors willingly and consciously.

3. 公司内部为可持续发展所做的：

我们将采取措施提高企业能效，减少碳的排放量，并且将浪费降低到最小化

目前，我们对现有的生产及办公设备进行系统规划，从零开始设计全新的数据中心，我们还会缩小产品的包装尺寸，提高产品的包装循环再利用，更小的尺寸可以在同样的物理空间中容纳更多的产品数量，这样，单位产品的能源消耗就更少了

3. What we have done for sustainable development：

We will make measures to improve the company’s efficiency, reduce emission of carbon, and minimize waste.

At present, we’ve programmed systematically our current production and office equipment, and design a brand new statistic base, we will also decrease the packaging size, increase the recycle and reuse of the packaging, make a smaller

size contain more products in a same physical space, thus reduce energy consuming per product one step further.

4. 公司既定的可持续发展的目标：

（1） 建立一个高标准的职工健康生产安全和环境标准

（2） 提出科学发展的理念，建立资源节约型、环境友好型企业，开展节能减排，充分发挥人力资源优势！

（3） 实现循环经济的“3R”原则：减量化(Reduce)、再循环(Recycle)、再利用(Reuse)

（4） 实现资源→产品→废物→资源的循环经济模式
