摘要:A computer-implemented method, system, and/or computer program productcreates a physical information environment for a specific industry type. A candidateindustry type, which has specific information environment requirements, is selected todescribe a customer's operations. A set of information environment components that isspecific to the candidate industry type is selected. Inherent constraints, for the set ofinformation environment components, are identified. A processor recursively optimizesthe set of information environment components to create a set of optimized informationenvironment components that meet the inherent constraints and key performanceindicators (KPIs) of the candidate industry type. A hierarchy of KPIs for the candidateindustry type is defined. The processor predicts access patterns to the optimizedinformation environment components based on the hierarchy of KPIs. A physicalinformation environment that comprises the set of optimized information environmentcomponents is then constructed and deployed.
