摘要：The unit (10) for wear harmonizing has an electronic control unit (26) storingdifferent wear conditions. This represents the operating mode for brake system with
selected force distribution of the operating forces on wheel brakes of permanentlyloaded axles and auxiliary axle. A ratio (ap:az) wear rate (ap) of the brakes of one of thepermanently loaded axles and the wear rate (az) of the brakes of the auxiliary axle, formsa characteristic value. Also if the ratio represented here leveled out, about more than avariation range (delta n), by a variation of the distribution of the operating forces, isgreater than a whole number (n) (n=1,2,3). The braking system changes over
automatically to an operating mode, which corresponds to the next higher whole numbervalue of the wear rate ratio (ap:az).
