Date Apr. 12, 1984.Anapparatus for effecting rapid color change of the color component of a multiplecomponent sprayable fluid to be applied using a manual spraygun. The apparatusincludes primary and secondary color changer means, each having a manifold with athrough passage. Color component to be applied to a substrate enters the primary colorchanger manifold and passes out of that manifold through a metering pump and flowsensor to the secondary manifold from which it passes through a color outlet line andultimately to a spraygun. Apparatus is adapted to effect rapid flushing and color changeby sequencing color inlet and outlet valves and flush and dump valves so as to effectrapid flush of the lines and connection of the subsequently filled color changers to coloroutlet lines.
