摘要：An electronic package is disclosed including a socket assembly for connectingan electronic component to a circuit board. A header is secured to the circuit board, andreceives the socket assembly which is connected to the header along a direction parallelto the plane of the circuit board. The socket assembly includes a housing and tray. Thetray which accommodates the electronic component, is slidably inserted into the housing.
