一、专题知识梳理
知识点1：基本概念
1）状语的概念：用来修饰句中动词、副词和形容词的词、短语或句子叫做状语2）状语从句的概念：用来修饰主句中的动词，副词和形容词的从句叫状语从句。
知识点2：结构
1）主句+连词+状语从句2）连词+状语从句+主句
（讲解重点：紧跟着连词的为从句，另一句为主句）

根据状语从句与主句之间的关系可以分为：1）时间状语从句2）条件状语从句3）让步状语从句4）原因状语从句5）结果状语从句6）目的状语从句7）地点状语从句
知识点4：用法
1）时间状语从句
A.连词：
时间状语从句常用when,as,while,before,after,since,till,until,assoonas等连词来引导。
易混引导词while,when的区别：
when既可以指\"时间点\",与瞬间动词连用，也可以指\"时间段\"，与延续性动词连用（=while）。while表示时间段,因此，while从句的谓语动词要用延续性动词。
易混引导词until及其否定的区别在until（意为“直到……”）引导的从句中主句应用延续性动词，表示主句的动作一直延续到从句的时间或动作为止。在not……until（意为“直到……时”）引导的从句中主句可用瞬间性的动词，表示主句的动作在从句的时间或动作发生时才开始。
引导词since的用法since+一个过去的时间词或短语（如since1999,sincetwodaysago)since+一个一般过去时的句子（如sincehecametoChina)B.主将从现原则：
在时间状语从句里，主句用一般将来时，从句用一般现在时表示将来的动作或状态。（注意：“现”在初中阶段一定指的是一般现在时）2）条件状语从句
A.连词：
条件状语从句通常由if,unless,aslongas,once引导。unless与if的用法区别：unless可以看做if的否定形式，相当于if……notB.主将从现原则：
在时间状语从句里，主句用一般将来时，从句用一般现在时表示将来的动作或状态。C.条件状语从句的转换
if/unless引导的条件状语从句往往可以和“祈使句+and(or)+一般将来时的陈述句”进行转换（做此类题的句型转换时注意提醒学生看清楚句意以便正确选择if/unless)
3）让步状语从句
连词：
让步状语从句通常由although,though,eventhough,evenif等连词引导
although(though)和but不能用在同一个句子中。4）原因状语从句
连词：
原因状语从句通常由because,since（因为,既然，鉴于）,as（因为）,nowthat(既然）引导。
because:
a.because与so不能用在同一个句子中
b.回答以why开头的问句必须用because,不可以用其它表示原因的词
（注意：可以提到because与becauseof的区别，becauseof+词或短语，because+句子）
because,since,as表示的语气强弱关系:
语气由强到弱依次为：because,since,as（because表示直接原因，since表示对方已知的无需加以说明的原因，比as正式，as表示比较明显的原因）（这个语法点在初中阶段很少考）
for:
一般for被看作并列连词，用来附带解释说明前一分句的原因或理由，for引导的并列句，一般放在所要说明的句子的后面。5）结果状语从句A.连词:
结果状语从句由so…that,such…that,sothat引导
so…that与such...that可以互换:
so...that中间接adj./adv.such...that中间接n.
（注意：如果名词前由many,much,little,few等词修饰时，只能用so,不用such）B.结果状语从句的转换：
so……that……引导的结果状语从句往往和too+adj./adv.todo或adj./adv.+enoughtodo进行同义句或简单句的转换。（注意adj./adv.的位置，too……to中adj./adv.位于too的后面，而enoughtodo中adj./adv.位于enough的前面）6）目的状语从句
A.连词：
目的状语从句通常由sothat引导
sothat既可引导目的状语从句，又可引导结果状语从句。区别这两种从句的办法有两个：a.从形式上看，目的状语从句里往往带有情态动词can,could,may,might等。b.从意思上看，目的状语从句往往表示的目的很明确。B.目的状语从句的转换:
sothat引导的目的状语从句往往可以和soastodo或inordertodo或todo进行同义句或简单句的转换7）地点状语从句
连词：
地点状语从句常常由where来引导
