Located in the north of Guangzhou, the mountain is known as "the first showof Yangcheng", with a total area of 280000 square meters. It is a famous scenicspot. Does anyone know why it is called Baiyun Mountain? That's because when therain is over and the sky is clear, white clouds are surrounded by greenmountains and waters. The scenery on the mountain is very beautiful, so it'scalled Baiyun Mountain.
Guangzhou has a history of more than 2200 years. Baiyunshan was well-knownin the world before it was built. The whole scenic area consists of seventourist areas, namely: Feieling, Luhu, mingchungu, santailing, moxingling,mingzhulou and heyiling.
First of all, we enter the Luhu tourist area. Look at us. The building infront of us is the famous Guangzhou Art Museum, which was designed by the famousarchitect Ambassador Huang Boye. Among them are the largest man-made lake inGuangzhou, the largest classical building in Guangdong Province, the Honghubuilding, the Baiyun fairy temple built in 1984, and the Golf Country Club.
My friends, the place we come to now is Yuntai garden, which is unique inthat it is a tourist area combining Chinese and western garden architecture.There are 14 novel and elegant classics in it. Among them, the father waterstyle light fountain is the main scenic spot, which is called "waterfall andflowing color". Now we are in the scenic spot called "friendship garden", whichis very symbolic. It is a symbol of world peace and friendship. Let's see whatis carved on this spherical stone carving, such as dove of peace, olive branch,star and moon. It means that our friendship lasts for a long time.
