G.TRANSPORTATION: The Employer shall be responsible for the payment ofthe
Employee'sreturn airplane ticket to his/her point of hire at the expiration ortermination of theEmployment Contract, regardless of the nature of the termination.

H.INSURANCE/MEDICAL EXPENSES: The Employer shall be responsible andliable for the medical insurance or payment of all medical expensesof the Employee, including the cost of referral and evacuation ofmedical treatment outside the CNMI and, in the event of Employee'sdeath, the cost of embalming and transportation of the Employee'scorpse backto his/her point of origin.

I.NOTIFICATION OF NEXT-OF-KIN: In the case of an emergency involvingserious illness, accident or death of the Employee, the Employershall immediately notify the Employee'snex-tof-kinwhose name and address are as follows:

L.TERMINATION: This Contract may only be terminated for cause by eitherparty by giving the other party ____________________ days advancewritten notice and only after an unsuccessful good faith attempt tosettle any dispute has been made with the Director of Labor or hisdesignee.

1.In the event of termination for cause, the Employer shall pay theEmployee's wages or salaryfor work or services performed or for work not performed when anEmployer refuses to allow the Employee to continue working throughthe effective date of the termination and shall purchase a one-wayticket for the return of the Employee to his/ her point of hire.
在合理解雇的情形下,雇主将支付雇员工作或提供服务的酬金或薪水,或当雇主拒绝允许雇员在解雇生效期前继续工作的 免工合约工时,并且将购买一张单程机票让雇员返回他/她的原雇佣地。
2.Termination for cause may include any of the following:合理解雇可包括任何下列理由:

f.Extreme cruelty or abuse, physical or otherwise;

g.Unreasonabledelays in the payment of the Employee's wages or salary;

h.A breach of any provision of this Contract and not corrected withinten (10) days;

M.SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE:

Grievanceand Good Faith Settlement: 冤屈和善意解决
Allgrievances or dispute under this employment contract shall be subjectto the following grievance procedure: 在这合约制衡下,所有的冤屈和争议都要跟循以下申诉步骤:1.The Employee shall communicate to his/her supervisor, or if there isno supervisor, then directly to the Employer, any and all grievancesor disputes he/she may have regarding his/her employment;
雇员要将他/她任何和所有关于他/她雇佣的冤情或争议告知主管,如果没有主管就要直接 告知雇主。
bereduced to writing by the supervisor which shall state the section ofthe contract, law, or rules and regulations to have been violated.Management shall have five working days to 2.If the supervisor is unable to resolve the matter immediately, thegrievance or dispute shall
resolvethe grievance, dispute or state in writing his/her reasons why thereis no violations.
如果主管无法立刻解决问题,就要把冤情或争议作书面报告其中列明违反合约,法律,或规则和条例的哪一条,管理当局将有五个工作天时间去解决冤情,争议或以书面提出他/她的理由解释为何没有违犯。
3.If the grievance or dispute is not resolved in step 1 or 2 above, theEmployee may file a complaint with the Director of Labor or hisdesignee.
如果以上第一和第二步都仍不能解决冤屈或争议,雇员可向劳务局长或其代理立案投诉。TheEmployee and Employer shall maintain the employment relationshipduring the pendency of any grievance or dispute unless the Directorof Labor, his authorized designee, or a hearing officer grant atemporary work authorization. 除非劳务局长,其代理人或聆讯官批发一封临时工作授权书,否则在冤屈或争议未决期间,雇员和雇主将须保 持雇佣关系。

N.REMITTANCE/OTHER OBLIGATIONS: The Employee shall be responsible forremitting any money to his/her family and payment of any taxes asrequired by his/her government in his/her country of origin.

O.ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The foregoing terms and conditions constitute thesole, entire agreement of the parties herein and shall supersede anyother agreement, either written, verbal, or otherwise.
