这两个词都有“药”的意思,其区别是：

1.medicine指配制的口服药,也可指于健康有益的其他治疗手段; drug可指未经调和、单独服用的药物,也可指如鸦片、古柯碱之类的麻醉药。

2.drug为可数名词; medicine泛指“药物”或“疗法”时是不可数名词。例如:
