1.draw:bring or lead someone to a certain action or condition
比如"She was drawn to despair" , "The President refused to be drawn into delivering an ultimatum" , "The session was drawn to a close"
因此draw作“引起”讲时的用法通常为
sb/sth be drawn to...to后面加具体的action或者condition
2.cause: give rise to; cause to happen or occur, not always intentionally
比如cause a commotion
cause an accident
cause通常用主动，后面直接加引起的事件
