不吃了，i am full, i can't take anymore.
别吃了，stop eating/don't eat anymore.
没吃，i haven't eaten/ate.追问I can't eat anymore中文是我再也吃不下了，
我昨天乘公交时，一个女乘客在车内吃瓜子，司机说“别吃了”，然后乘客说“不吃了，不吃了”
追答你就可以说，oh, sorry, I wont eat anymore. 或者直接说sorry，然后不吃 就可以啦
