放水的英文是run a bath / run sb a bath.
例子：I’ll run a bath for you. / I’ll run you a bath.

亲的例子应该可以翻译成：
I will run a bath for you.After I finish filling the bath with water，come and bath immediately，all right / OK？
【注：fill the bath with water和run a bath for sb是一样的，只是避免重复。】

如果是指特定的一个动作【注意是为了突出动作】——往浴缸里放水的话，也可以用：draw a bath.
例子：What are you doing？I am drawing a bath.

另外，把浴缸洗干净的英文是：clean out the bath
放掉浴缸的水：drain a bath
