first of all, do not restart your computer frequently.then when you are starting your computer hold f8 quickly or press f8 over and over, if you successfully enter the "advanced start manu"( i do not konw what it is called in english ), choose "the last correct setting"( i do not konw what it is called in english,in chinese it is"最后一次正确配置" ), if windows can fix it, your computer will restart successfully and enter your desktop.if windows cannot fix it, the only thing you can do is to copy your files and reinstall your windows.
